Shortly after the opening of the borders towards the Czech Republic in 1990 we were already involved in cooperations with Czech companies in the area near the border. One of the most important supplier services even then was welding as wage work. In 1993 we decided to build our own manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic at our current location Kaplice. Although the production spectrum has significantly developed over the years, welding technology is still an essential key competence of the Czech subsidiary GREIPL CZ s.r.o.

Today, our trained and skilled personnel in Kaplice manufactures individual housing and machine elements for our customers’ highest demands, using modern and high-quality equipment. The product spectrum ranges from housings and trim components through frames to complete machine enclosures and housings for automated measuring and manufacturing units.
With our comprehensive expertise we offer numerous possibilities of individual housing production.

With our own powder-coating facility we work according to industrial quality standards and give your products a perfect finish. Equipped with a hand booth for large parts as well as a series coating plant with integrated parts cleaning and pretreatment, we process sample as well as serial parts with all available powder coatings economically, in a high quality and with a high level of process reliability.

For housing sealing, GREIPL group provides a CNC controlled seal foaming line which is used to apply elastic polyurethane foam seals via FIPFG technology (Formed-in-Place-Foam-Gasket) directly to the components. This makes it possible for us to offer housings up to protection class IP55 according to IEC 60529.

If required, we will also take care of the mechanical assembly of your products. In Kaplice, in an area of about 2,000 square meters, we produce mostly pre-assembled units that are then brought to their final stage at the customer’s facilities.

The individual requirements of your product are always the decisive factor for the determination of the suitable production process. For us, quality begins already in the planning stage.
