Modules, assemblies and devices
As a system partner for modules, assemblies and devices, of course we focus on the combination of mechanical competence areas and electronics.
In the assembly area, normally all upstream activities come together. In the so-called “Supreme discipline”, many administrative areas play a decisive role as well. GREIPL group places in particular high demands on planning and qualification processes, implementing the medical standard EN ISO 13485.
Increasing product complexity also significantly increases the risk of missing or faulty components. Any disturbance of the production and supply chain can have disastrous consequences for the assembly process and thus for the completion date and quality of the end product. This is why our focus is on the advance planning of individual production steps. Depending on the product’s degree of complexity or difficulty, our technicians accompany the product development step by step in order to recognize weaknesses early, so that they can take corrective action, because the individual demands of your product are always the decisive factor for the determination of a suitable production process.
Optimized assembly processes
The necessary assembly steps are planned in detail by means of 3D models. During assembly planning we pay particular attention to an ergonomic and efficient work place design. This includes a path-optimized provision of assembly material and tools and often also the design of specific workpiece carriers for serial assemblies, e.g. according to the one-piece-flow principle.
Upon customer request, we also carry out a device-specific configuration and finished equipment testing on the products. Besides standardized test methods for electrical systems and equipment (DGUV [German Social Accident Insurance] Provision 3), if necessary we also offer product-specific inspection and testing procedures tailored to your needs. Our experienced and competent employees in the area of development and testing look forward to supporting you.
